Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Revelio collects, why it is needed, which services help us operate, and the choices available to you.

1. Who we are

Revelio provides personalized digital gift-voucher pages with timed countdown reveals. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@reveliovoucher.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Your email address and, if you choose, the recipient’s email address.
• Names, gift title, message, occasion, reveal date and time, validity date, location, and template choices.
• Images or PDF voucher files you choose to upload.
• Messages and information you send when requesting support.

Transaction and technical information

• Order reference, payment status, amount, currency, and timestamps. Revelio does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
• Basic server information needed for security and delivery, such as network address, browser request information, and service logs.
• If you accept analytics cookies, website usage information such as pages viewed, general device information, approximate location, referral source, scrolling, and selected interactions.

3. How we use information

• To create, host, reveal, and deliver your voucher and private link.
• To process payment, send confirmations, and provide customer support.
• To prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and duplicate free-demo requests.
• To understand and improve the website when you have consented to analytics.
• To comply with legal, accounting, and security obligations.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use your free-demo email to add you to a marketing list.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We share information only as needed with companies that help operate Revelio: Stripe for payment processing; Netlify and Railway for website, application, database, and network hosting; Resend for transactional email; and Google Analytics for optional website measurement. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or Revelio, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer. We do not make voucher pages public or submit them for search indexing.

5. Voucher links and recipient privacy

Voucher pages use a randomly generated, difficult-to-guess link. They are not protected by an account or password. Anyone who receives the exact link may be able to view the countdown and, after the reveal time, the voucher content. Keep the link private and share it only with the intended recipient.

6. Cookies and analytics choices

Google Analytics is disabled until you select “Accept” in the analytics notice. If accepted, Analytics may set cookies and collect usage events. Advertising storage and ad personalization are disabled. You may change your choice by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser and revisiting the site.

Revelio does not currently respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals. The consent notice is the control provided for optional analytics. Third parties may have their own signal-handling practices.

7. Retention and security

We retain order and voucher information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the voucher, support customers, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention can vary by record type. You may request deletion, although some information may need to be kept where required by law or necessary to resolve disputes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service or private link can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal information. You may also withdraw analytics consent. To make a request, email hello@reveliovoucher.com from the address connected to your order. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

California residents may also ask about categories of information collected, sources, business purposes, and disclosures. Revelio does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

9. Children

Revelio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it.

10. International processing

Revelio and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised version here, update the effective date, and provide an additional notice when a change is material and appropriate.
